Hi, My name is Mimi Wegener, I'm currently a junior at Ionia High School. I enjoy competing, pushing myself, working hard, and being apart of a team. I have always had the goal of being a college athlete. I trained for over 10 years as a competitive gymnast. It taught me to be hardworking, determined, to persevere, and the value of a close team. Now that I have found pole vault, it is my new love and passion. All of the training and lessons are now helping me as I continue to develop as a vaulter. I'm still fairly new to this sport however I love it and the new challenges it brings!
