Emma Hoffman '26 Recruiting Profile

One thing that is different about me that separates me from other runners is my passion and drive for this sport. I not only practice daily with my team, but also I put many hours per week on my own time outside of practice. I am truly a very dedicated student athlete. This year my cross country coach has given me a leadership position on my team. I take on many responsibilities of leading at practice and setting up team building events outside of practice. I also try to be the best teammate that I can be. As soon as I hit the finish line, my first priority is to cheer on my teammates and congratulate opposing runners. One of my many goals for collegiate running is to be on a team of girls that push me, every single day. As well as having a coach that wishes for me to keep improving. I would love to find a team to be on that not only helps me become the best runner I can be but also sets me up for the potential to become a professional runner in the feature. I of course having many time goals as well but these are things that are consistently changing because once one goal is achieved the next is written.
