Throwing for track has become my ultimate coping mechanism. Throughout everything bad and stressful that has happened over the past couple of years throwing has always made things better. It all started as something just for fun and as something to do but the more practices I attended, the more meets I competed in, the more people the sport introduced me to, the more I fell in love with track. To continue track in college would be an amazing addition to me college experience and would help continue to better me as a person physically and mentally.
