Personal Statement
My goal as a college athlete is to improve my skills and abilities in running . I am very determined not just about my athletics but also my academics. I take my academics very seriously and put them first. I enjoy competing but also respect the time and effort that goes into preparing for big competitions. I have pushed myself past limits and points I didn’t even know I could go before. I value hardwork and believe there is always room for improving. I try to lift up others around me on my team and at school. I understand that when being on a team you can‘t just have good skills, but also have good chemistry within the group.
