Personal Statement
My goal is to run in college at the highest level possible whether it be D1 or D2. I want to be able to join the team and feel like a family with my teammates. I will put 100% effort into training and will always strive my best in every workout and race, no matter the distance or challenges I have to overcome.

- I do many different types of training. I do hills, tempo runs, long runs, track intervals, etc. I not only run but I also incorporate core and strength routines into my training to help improve running form, increase strength, and prevent injury.
