Monica Thompson '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I am Monica Thompson I'm a Senior through Alexanders School District in Albany, Ohio. I like to do sports and I also like to have fun with the people around me. I have been throwing for 2.5 years. I know you are probably wondering what the 2.5 years means. Well I actually started throwing in 8th grade so 2019-2020 year then COVID happened. But I am a hard worker and quickly became the best thrower for Alexander. I know it says my best distance in a match is 98ft5in well in practice towards the end of the year I started to roughly hitting 115 ft. I have made it to regionals last year I am planning to continue my greatness through the last two years of my highschool career and make it to state. I also play basketball, golf, and soccer. I am a very athletic person and determined to do anything I need to do to get better. I am also very open on doing both track and basketball in college.
