Malia Williams '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Malia, I am going into my senior year at Abilene High School in Abilene, Texas. I spent my time as a two sport athlete, playing volleyball and running track, until I chose to focus on track. My Main events are the 100m followed by the 200m. I have only been competing in track for 3 years, but throughout these 3 years I have worked very hard to get where I am.  I closely manage the goals I set for myself so I can progress year after year.  My dream has always been to compete in track on a collegiate level, and I am more than willing to put my all into reaching my full potential. I have thoroughly enjoyed the team bonds and relationships that I have created on my track team and I'm a hardworking student and very coachable.  I am a high achieving student and I’m looking forward to participating in Track and Field in college while studying finance!
