Ella Lamp '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, and thank you for looking at my profile! I recently started doing pole vault, and it has quickly become a new passion for me. I am a super hardworking student and athlete and I always try my hardest in both schools and sports. I love cheering on my teammates and helping them become the best athlete they can be while also working hard but having fun in the process. I am very outgoing and adventurous, which led me to try pole vault even though it is like no other sport I have done before. I hope to break my school record of 10' 6" by the end of next year's track season and be able to compete at the collegiate level, which would be a dream come true as someone who has loved sports all my life. In school, I am hoping to major in Kinesiology and eventually become a Physician Assistant. I am taking sports medicine as a class in high school right now and will have taken it for three years once I graduate. This is my favorite class and perusing this passion along with my passion for pole vault is very important for me.
