Hi, I’m Lauren!
I’m a 3 sport athlete and I LIVE to compete! My love for athletic competition began with soccer at age 8 and I now play for WI United on their U19 girls Premier Team. It’s an accomplishment I am very proud of. The game of soccer will always hold a special place in my heart.
My love for running, however, came at a later age. It has developed quickly and is now a passion of mine. My first year of competitive running was in my 2020 season of Cross Country, my 8th grade year. I was to top female finisher in every race I competed in. Fast forward to my 2021 Track season, also my 8th grade year, and this is where I really shined. I was a top finisher in many of my events ending the season with a 4th place state finish in the 400.
I am in my 9th grade year a Little Chute High School where I qualified for our Varsity Cross Country team. We had an outstanding running season full of growth and potential! We earned the opportunity to represent Little Chute at the state cross country meet in Wisconsin Rapids. It was a great season and my team finished 4th! The highest finish for our school in 28 years!
My success continued in my 2022 track season. We worked hard all year and I will now be running at the state meet in La Crosse, Wisconsin in 3 events! The weekend starts with the 4x800 where my team is currently ranked first in the state! Next is the 4x200 relay, a new event for me but I love it all the same. Finally, the 4x400. The finale of all finales! I love closing out a meet with that race while the crowd cheers the runners on through to the finish.
On to 2023 season! This season was a exciting one for me. We are D2 conference champions this year, and I am 2nd team all conference! I was honored to represent Little Chute again this year at the state meet in LaCrosse in two events. In the 4x800 we finished 3rd and in the 4x200 we finished 14th.
I'm full of hard work and big goals. I love to compete and work hard to maintain my health and strength in the off season. Aside from off season running, I was also enrolled in a 12 week strength and conditioning camp at Aurora Bay Care in 2022, Synergy Sports Performance in Green Bay, and a speed camp hosted by Little Chute High School. I learned a lot and made friendships that will last my high school career and beyond.
Season 2024! I am a junior this year and excited for track season to begin!
Academically, I'm at 3.9-4.0 student. I'm interested in the health field, possibly sports medicine. I'm in National Honor Society, involved in many clubs and extracurriculars and enjoy spending my down time with family and friends.
I still compete on Wisconsin United FC 2006 girls premier soccer team. A club I’ve been a part of for over 9 years. In my free time I enjoy boating, camping, hiking, swimming and walking my dogs.
