I would be the best choice in libero/DS for your team because:
- I take control of the back row and I run the defense in the most effective way possible (depending on the block and how strong the opponents hitters are)
- I communicate with my teammates and I call what I see
- I work well with others
- I strive to be the best

I stand out from other players because:
- I am not afraid to throw myself on the ground to get to the ball. (as my coach says "Kayla will kill herself to get to the ball to keep it from touching her court")
- I am a team player, I believe in criticizing constructively and encouraging other players to push to their full potential
- I work extremely well under pressure
- I'm not afraid to step up and take charge of the court when I need to
- I am a good student athlete. I keep A's and B's (high B's)
