Mady Randall '26 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal is to play competitive college volleyball while earning my degree.  I am undecided on a major right now, but I know education is essential to my future success.  Playing volleyball in college is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that would be a part of me for the rest of my life.

For my club team and high school team, I am a setter.  I am passionate about volleyball and love to continue to grow as an athlete. I possess excellent communication and listening skills, and I work exceptionally well in a team.  If I am not training with my team, I am training alone or seeking further instruction through 1-on-1 training.  I am motivated, and I play with integrity.  I am a team leader that believes in leading by example.  I am a supportive and encouraging teammate and a very coachable player.  I don't make excuses when I make mistakes and don’t dwell on it but instead focus on improving the next play.  I not only give all I have in practice but also work extensively outside of practice to further develop my skills to improve at the sport I truly love.
