Volleyball has been an important aspect of my life since I began in the seventh grade and my commitment to the sport has grown each year.  I am a coachable athlete and enjoy playing on a competitive team.  I have learned many valuable lessons in the sport of volleyball that have helped me not only on the court, but off the court as well.  These include taking constructive criticism, dependability, accountability and staying optimistic with an open mind.  As I take great pride in athletics, I also believe in having a strong academic background.  I aspire to pursue a career in the medical field and increase my love for biology.  It is important for me to always challenge myself and continue to improve my knowledge and skill, especially in volleyball.  Furthermore, I strive to play at the next level and hope you will consider me for your team.
