Abigail Grebel '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I am Abi Grebel 6'3" middle blocker from Laguna Hills, CA.  Class of 2021

I am a 3 year varsity starter.  I attend Capistrano Valley Christian Schools where I will be a senior this coming year and Co-team Captian.  I broke the CVCS school blocking record then tied my own record 2x and was awarded 2nd team all-league my Junior year and looking forward to a championship Senior year. My current GPA is 3.89.  I have played the past 4 seasons for the San Clemente Volleyball Club as middle blocker/hitter, this season I am a captain for 16-Black and are ranked in SCVA top 32.  I am very hard working, committed, warmhearted,  and (as my coaches have told me) a natural born leader.

I love Volleyball most for camaraderie of a team and the opportunity to play alongside other girls with the same winning mindset.  Attending a great University and playing Volleyball at a high level has been my goal since a young age. I am open to different universities, but most interested in schools with a "college-town"  feel,  where my skills can contribute to a winning program and excel in with my education at the same time.  I am interested in studying Nursing or Child-development.
