Charlee McDowell '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal in college is to complete course work to become certified as a psychologist. What makes me a good candidate for a team is that I have been a leader. I was academic all conference 3 years. I also was a team captain four years for travel. I was a captain on jv freshman and sophomore year, than captain on varisty junior year. I put my team first. I am a hard worker, and I work for what I want. I have always dreamed of being on a college team for volleyball. Its a sport that has helped me get through many things. What makes me different from other recruits is that I never give up no matter what or how hard something gets. I was going through a lot of things, and than I started to play volleyball. When I started to play I put my heart and soul into it and it got me through many hard times. Its a sport I love.
