I would be an important teammate at the collegiate level because I am a well-rounded individual. During my time at St. Paul Catholic School, I served as Student Body President for two consecutive years, as well as a three year member of the National Junior Honor Society. Additionally, I went to regional and state History Fair and advanced to State Science Fair in 7th Grade. In 8th grade, I received 4th place out of all the Junior Microbiology Projects in the state of Florida. I also received a full-ride scholarship to the National Flight Academy for my excellence in leadership. At my church, St. Paul Catholic Church, I was given the title of Altar Server of the Year, and I was selected to be a member of the Sisterhood of the St. Paul Altar Servers, and the Altar Server Core Team. This year, I served as a Freshmen Student Council Representative and I recently became elected to the office of 2017-2018 Sophomore Class Treasurer. I am also a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was voted to be a Team Captain by my fellow teammates on my club volleyball team, the West Florida Waves (15 Power). I strive to achieve excellence in all that I do especially in academics and athletics. I am currently taking all honors and duel-math classes (algebra 1 and geometry) and I am scheduled to take AP World History next year. These activities can be challenging at times; however, I believe in pushing myself to excel on and off the volleyball court.
