My name is Kristi Sammons and I am a 5'5" senior at Grovetown High School (GTHS). I am a Libero/Defensive Specialist and I have been playing volleyball for 4 years. We were the 2011 3AAA Region Champs and I was selected as the 3AAA Region Player of the Year. I was selected as MaxPreps player of the week (August 29, 2011) and selected as the AVCA Player of the Week for the state of Georgia. . We were the 2010 3AAA Region Champs and I was selected for the All Region team for 3AAA schools, and was selected as GTHS Defense Player. ;I also play for the CSRA Heat (club team), Augusta, GA.
I feel that I would be a valuable player to any school. I work hard with both volleyball and my studies. I am undecided in my major but I have narrowed my choices to either visual arts, sports medicine, or physical therapy.

- This was a great Senior trip - seven of the eight players were seniors and this was a time to we will always remember. We played several good teams from the Atlanta area and we improved our game.
