Naya Martinez '24 Recruiting Profile

  Aloha, my name is Naya Martinez, and I am scholar athlete from Honolulu, Hawaii.  I am entering my Senior year at Maryknoll High School where I play on the Varsity volleyball team.  I also play club volleyball for Ka Ulukoa U18. My academic goals are to attend a university where I can learn and further my education while growing as a person.  I aspire to be a collegiate athlete and use the hours spent on the court and and in the weight room to assist me in being able to achieve this opportunity.  I enjoy the game of volleyball, researching information for school projects on the internet and participating in my hobby of art.  I am a well rounded individual that would be able to benefit from a college experience.  I would be able to bring  my experience to the team and fit in by being a vocal team player.  My skills, drive and ability to balance academics and sports can be seen in my grades and highlight videos.  I am looking forward to hearing from you and growing a positive relationship.
