Michaela Turner '13 Recruiting Profile

I have always loved being a setter for my team I started playing volleyball when I was in 3rd grade and have been playing it since. My goals this year is to be all conference and have my team make it to state. I enjoy playing team sports like basketball and volleyball. Volleyball is my favorite because it involves so much close teamwork and the ability to make quick judgments. I like working with my team members in volleyball so that we bring out the best in each other. I have played varsity volleyball for the last two years. I have improved my setting and serving with hard work and enjoy placing the ball right where my team needs it. I work hard in school as well. and I am planning attending college with the hopes of going into psychology. I have watched college volleyball and have a strong desire to play college volleyball. I come from a small town with limited opportunities. I want to use what I know and improve my game in order to be a college athlete.
