Danielle (Dani) Kasprzak '18 Recruiting Profile

As co-captain and setter for our high school team, my leadership and communication skills are always improving which will be useful in college and my future career.  We have been running a 6/2 offense which gives me the opportunity to be an outside hitter, hone my passing skills and assist others with just the right set.    As a club team player, I play wherever the coach needs me most which varies between outside hitter, middle blocker, and/or setter. 

Volleyball is my favorite sport, but I do play varsity basketball and run track for our high school.  I have enjoyed the opportunity to play varsity ball since my freshman year.  

My favorite volunteer event is my participation in our High School Honor Flight program.  Students are selected by essay and paired with veterans for a two day trip to Washington DC.  Our veterans are so thrilled to have an opportunity to visit our nations capital and the memorials that honor their service for our country.  This fall will be my second Honor Flight.
