Highlights Personal Statement
My name is Raelyn Mornay . I started playing club volleyball at age nine. I have truly enjoyed playing the sport of volleyball over the past nine years . I have played on my high school team as a starting middle blocker/ middle hitter since my freshman year. I was able to help my teammates win the LHSAA Division III State Championship during the 2019 season as a sophomore. I was also able to be a part of 3 LHSAA State Runner Up achievements with my high school team (2017,2018,2020) .
This summer , I helped my club teammates win the 2021 AAU Girls’ Junior National Championship (17 U - Premier Division) in Orlando, Florida. I am also the starting goalkeeper for my high school soccer team and I participate in Track & Field. I would love to continue my journey as a volleyball player in college.
