Dear College Volleyball Coaches,

My name is Christal and volleyball is more than just a game to me—it's a way of life that I'm super passionate about. I'm the kind of player who never stops pushing for greatness and always plays fair, no matter what.

Leadership is important to me. I'm the player who's always there, setting an example on the court with how hard I hustle, and off the court with how I bring people together. I'm all about lifting up my teammates with my actions and my words. And hey, if there's a chance to learn and get better, I'm always willing to learn. I know how important it is to listen and adapt, because no one person can carry a team alone.

I'm the teammate who's got your back, cheering you on and keeping our spirits up, even when the game gets tough. I believe that staying cool and positive is the secret that makes our team vibe chemistry work!

I have no problem with stepping out of my comfort zone. I'm always up for a challenge and ready to grow. Being coachable is my superpower—I'm constantly asking questions and trying to up my game, one play and one practice at a time.

When it comes to mistakes, I don't let them get me down. I won’t make excuses i’ll just make my best effort to take corrections and apply them.I shake it off and focus on nailing the next play.

I'm not just looking to join a college volleyball team. I'm looking to be apart of something bigger, to contribute to a culture of winning and togetherness. I'm excited to show you what I can do and how I can help make our team the best it can be.
