Karlie Kucharczyk '19 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play volleyball in college. I am a very motivated leader on my teams and I have developed my leadership skills from being on varsity volleyball since freshmen year and varsity basketball since sophomore. Not only am I a leader by communication, I am also a leader by example. On the court I always play my hardest and keep the team energized. I enjoy to be pushed not only by my coaches, but also by my teammates. I see challenges as motivation to play harder and push to achieve my personal and team goals. I am an all around player; I can be put anywhere on the court and pick it up easily. My teammates and coaches would describe me as being very discipline and coachable. I am always willing to put in extra time and effort to make my personal skills better for the sake of my team.
