The two things I am most passionate about in my life are helping the underdog and playing volleyball. As an adult, I aspire to work with kids that have special needs, and I feel like collegiate volleyball would be a great asset to help me achieve my goal. This is so because volleyball teaches me how to be a team player and persevere in hard situations. Children with special needs are like the team that no one thinks can win, but is the game that no one stops talking about when they do win. I want to be able to help children with special needs win the everyday battles that take place in their lives. What stands out about me is that I am coachable and willing to play wherever I am needed. I am a good teammate with great communication skills. I might not be the tallest, but I always work my hardest at whatever position I am playing. I have played volleyball since the 8th grade and I would make a good candidate for your team because I will motivate the team to do their best with a great attitude.
