Hi, my name is Kaitlyn Kennedy. I attend Rochester High School in the class of 2019. I learned to love the game in 4th grade and find a passion for volleyball that I still have today. I've gained life long friendships, life skills, and the exhilarating experience of being apart of a team.
I'm unique in that I'm very versatile and can play outside hitter, middle hitter, right side hitter, DS, and I could be a setter if the situation called me to be. I love bringing my leadership skills, personality, aggression, passion, and volleyball IQ to the game. On and off the court I bring 150%. I always strive to be the best I can be and get better each day. I always try to get extra reps either by myself, with teammates, or with coaches because there is always room to improve. I also do strength/weight training, and biking outside of volleyball to stay in shape.
I understand that academics are important as well. I currently have a 3.9 GPA. I'm taking many AP classes my junior and senior year. I'm striving to attend and play in college one day with a great physical therapy program.
