When volleyball was first introduced to me in the third grade, I thought I would try it out. That ignited my passion. I have played every season since then. Throughout the years I have learned the value of hard work, leadership, and commitment. My last two years of playing highschool volleyball have been difficult. As a team, we struggled to walk away with a victory. With these adversities, I feel that I have become a stronger athlete mentally. I have learned to keep a good attitude and to play with passion regardless of the score. We are teammates and our attitudes are contagious.
I have many academic goals. I want to continue to be on the honor roll and be in the Top 10 of my class. I also want to get into the National Honor Society this year. I am looking for a school that can provide me with an excellent academic program as well as a well rounded, competitve athletic program. As someone who is entirely committed to the sport and my education , I know I could be a great component for your team and school!
