Analise Ortega '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi there! I'm a class of 2027 setter/DS & captain of my club team and my name is Analise Ortega. I began playing volleyball in 2022 and have been fascinated with the game ever since. In addition to playing volleyball, I also cheer at my school and serve as class president for my 2027 class. I also have a 3.7 gpa. Nevertheless, I really enjoy spending time with my mom in my spare time, when I'm not doing sports or studies.  I appreciate spending time with her when I have free time, even though it may sound cliche. We go shopping, watch movies or television shows, or just go for a drive and hang around. 

I have changed into a person who I never would have imagined when I first became interested in volleyball. I have self-control, a strong desire to gain knowledge, am diligent, and committed. Volleyball inspires me to be the greatest version of myself and to excel in every aspect of my life. I believed I would be better organized if I had a sport, so I started volleyball, but volleyball did so much more for me. It taught me that all it takes is effort and hard work to become anything I want to be. I want to play volleyball with as much effort as I can throughout my high school career in the hopes of becoming a dedicated college player.
