Volleyball is something I hadn't realized I was missing out on. I was initially introduced to the sport in the 8th grade and had the opportunity to join a team. I continued with this team for the next three years. In fact, it's what sparked my passion for the sport. I enjoyed being surrounded by people who shared similar interests with me; I enjoyed the way they adored the sport as much as I did and pushed themselves to be the best. I consider myself a team player. Looking for the best in my teammates and hoping that we can positively influence each other both academically and athletically.
