To start off, my name is Hannah Dahlgren, I am a middle blocker and middle hitter. I have played for my high school varsity team as a 3 year starter. I love my position and have worked very hard to get to where I am today. I have played club volleyball for 6 years now, it is a great experience and I love being able to play volleyball even after the school season is over. I played at Endicott College for my freshman and sophomore year and decided it wasn't the right place for me. I have been playing volleyball for about 9 years now. It is something that I absolutely love to do, whether it is competitive or just fooling around with friends. I am usually the first one on the court and last one off. My life without volleyball just would not seem complete. I may not be 6'5" or be able to jump 10' in the air but I am about 6' and can jump around 9'6", I have worked very hard to get to where I am today. I want to keep improving and continue my career in this sport. I'm a very outgoing person and get along with people very well. By joining a college team I hope to create new friendships with girls that love playing volleyball just as much as I do. When it comes to a certain college I want to go to, it doesn't matter to me, as long as it will provide a good education and I get to play volleyball as much as possible.
