As a determined student athlete I have found a love for challenging myself and one of the ways I enjoy doing so is with volleyball. I started playing volleyball when I was in 7th grade and played JV as an 8th grader and also got pulled up to varsity my freshman year. I started out as a setter then eventually moved to a libero/DS which gave me a lot of insight on court awareness and leadership. I hope to eventually play college volleyball because I know it would be such an amazing experience and a once in a lifetime chance. On the court I have a lot of speed and a very consistent serve, as well as a lot of strength and athletic ability. I take my role as a captain seriously and am one of the hardest working athletes I know. When it comes to the classroom I am just as dominant as I am on the court. I have been on high honor roll every quarter since freshman year and I am part of the National Honor Society as well as many other clubs and organizations. I am very involved in both my school and surrounding communities and I think that this exposure to helping others will only help me when moving to the next level. I would like to play college ball at the highest level possible and I am open to all options but I am most looking for a program that will challenge me both athletically and academically.
