Zamyiah Mangum '18 Recruiting Profile

I want to find a college that will guide and support me through my college years so I can get the training and skills I need for a career in forensic science. I want to help communities and law enforcement officers figure out the facts behind crimes to help prove whether people are innocent or guilty and help close the cases. I am an encouraging, well rounded person that has grown up participating in sports, church, and community activities while doing well in school. I am a hardworking, focused student athlete that encourages others and am willing to learn. I was the only female athlete from my middle school to play 3 school sports and receive an individual award in each of the sports and I went into high school with 4 high school credits and ended up with an average of 96 while playing travel ball of some kind all year round. I am passionate about sports and getting a good education so I can be a responsible adult and a positive role model for my family and others.
