Hello my name is India Woodson and I am 17yr old 12 grader (c/o 2024) at Bedford High School in Ohio, where I've played varsity middle hitter since 9th grade. This past high school season I was awarded 2nd Team all Conference. I lead my team in kills, hitting percentage, and overall blocks. I'am a four sport athlete but my passion is with volleyball. This past JO season I played for Buckeyefire Volleyball Club 17 American. Besides being very respectable and coachable, I enjoy being a team player. I also possess a strong work ethic both physically and academically. off the courts I was recently inducted into the National Honor Society, April 2023. I now hold a 4.1 GPA and participate in several social clubs, such as 12th grade Class President, Band President & Clarinet Section Leader, as well as a Girl's Mentorship Program. My goal is to continue playing volleyball at the collegiate level with hopes of captivating a college with my explosiveness and energy that I bring to the volleyball courts. I plan to pursue a degree in Biology/Forensic Science. When I'm not playing sports, I enjoy photography, church youth group and traveling with my family. I hope I possess the qualities to make me a good candidate for your volleyball program.

- -Coach Foeman: Great quickness & explosiveness, especially in the first step or two. This will be an asset in all aspects of the game. Wonderful attitude & fun to work with. Has a very powerful arm and explodes off the ground when she hits. Defense: aggressive as a defender and has a good read o the attack and defensive positioning. Offense: has a knack for seeing the open court on the attack.

Heskett award. I've earned PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention System) Student of the week and month on several occasions. Proud to be Honored by the Cleveland Alliance of Black Educators as a Talented-Tenth Recipient for Achieving Against All Odds (2021).
- ActivitiesI am currently the Senior Class President. I also participate in a Girls Mentorship Program, Marching Band, where I'am the clarinet section leader and Band President. I’m a member of my schools' Student Ambassadors Committee, Art Club and Yearbook staff.
