Kaitlyn Troyer '24 Recruiting Profile

Conscientious.  Wishing to do what is right, especially to do one's work well and thoroughly.  This is an adjective coaches and teachers have used to describe my work ethic.  I strive to do my best in all aspects of my life and have proven to be consistently successful at achieving my goals.  After playing club at the regional level for three years, I set a goal to make a 14 national team.  I worked hard, was disciplined and stayed focused.   As a result, I am starting my 3rd club season as a National level player at Academy of Volleyball Cleveland.  I also was one of only two freshmen to make the Highland High School JV team, a competitive program with lots of depth.  

I am focused on getting good grades in high school to get accepted into a selective college and set myself up for a successful career.  Since my freshman year I have challenged myself to stay organized, focused and committed to my grades.  I was inducted into National Honor Society my sophomore year.  I have proven to be a high-level performer throughout high school and look forward to continuing my success on the college court and in the college classroom.
