Hannah Royer '26 Recruiting Profile

I've played sports since I was a young girl.  In 6th grade, a friend invited me to play volleyball at the YMCA with her.  I started to enjoy it so in Junior High I tried out for the team.  And the rest, is history.  I have played both for my school team and for a club team.  I enjoy competing and I am not one to get flustered easily.  I think I'm pretty cool under pressure.  I like helping the team succeed.  I have also been a part of the Unified sports teams at my high school.  I have found that I love working with individuals with disabilities.  At this point, I believe I will be aiming for a career working in Special Education.  I have a strong faith in God.  My Dad is a Pastor and my Mom is a nurse.  I plan to continue to work hard to improve my game!
