Krystal Rotger '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a Senior attending Adler College in Caguas, Puerto Rico.  I have always been motivated to make a difference and determine in everything I set my mind to do.  I set my mind to the goals I want to achieve and work hard to accomplish them.

I've been involved in sports my entire life; sports such as gymnastics, baseball, swimming, and volleyball.  But the one that I have a passion for is Volleyball. Such passion that I'm always working harder and harder to become better every day.  I've been playing volleyball for over 10 years and want to continue to play in the collegiate and professional level thereafter.

I am quick in the court and have a very high vertical jump making me a strong outside hitter, and agile libero. I am a team leader and always lead by example while also encouraging my teammates to work hard and become better.  I am always given the leadership role because of my strong attitude and leadership ethics. I listen and learn and I’m a work horse; always working hard to improve my skills. Because of these attributes I was selected as top-30 player/prospect in all high schools in Puerto Rico.

I dedicate myself 110% to every practice and game and I'm committed to my team, coach and myself.   I always had the dream to play volleyball at college level.  I also take academics seriously; therefore, I am prepared to balance my studies and volleyball playing time. I consider myself a role model inside and outside the court.  I'm a person who believes giving up is not an option. I am a fully passionate and devoted student-athlete.
