Hi , My name is Izabelle LaMonica .  

I have been playing volleyball since I was 7 years old.  I am going to be a junior  this year, graduating in the class of  2024.  I play volleyball at Soddy Daisy High School as an Outside / Pin Hitter.  This will be my 7th year playing club volleyball . I will be playing  for XSV Volleyball in Chattanooga in the 2023 season .  One thing I love most about being a hitter is hitting to certain spots on the court to find that empty hole for the kill.  I am a very dedicated self driven athlete , I workout 3-4 days a week doing extra jump training and weights.  On the court I work with my team mates as we grow,  learn and encourage each other together to be better athletes.  All the hard work that I put in is so that I can achieve my goal of playing college volleyball.
