Personal Statement
My name is Zoe Aldrich, I am a 5'10" outside hitter from Fredericksburg, Texas. I'm 17 and currently a Senior. I've known for a long time that I would love the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. I've had a passion and a competitive spirit ever since I stepped on the court. For me, volleyball is so much more than just a sport; it is a team and a family that will always be there for a lifetime. I consider myself hard-working, a great teammate, and someone who is reliable in high-pressure situations. On and off the court I always do my best to set a better example for others, whether that be in sports or in the classroom. Although my club is smaller and I live in a small town, I have been exposed to playing in the 17U group since my 8th grade year, as well as playing high-level teams in the Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston areas. I am coachable and have a high volleyball IQ and am always looking for ways to be the best I can be and learn more about the sport I love.
