Gabriela Ray '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gabriela Ray and I'm a 5'4'' Libero with strong leadership skills. I've been playing many different sports throughout my childhood. Finally, I found the one that has brought out who I am, and that's volleyball.  I am looking to go to a college where I can continue my passion for volleyball. My biggest accomplishment is being selected to be team captain the last three years. Academically, my biggest accomplishment is being an honor student. I'm open-minded about what college I want to go to. Academics is equally as important to me as playing for a DIV I or DIV II school. My athletic goals are to continue to play volleyball at a high competition level.  

I am the best candidate for your team because I am reliable, accountable, hard-working, and passionate.  I am also a leader on and off the court.  I love volleyball,  school and my family.

I was recently mentioned in an article dated March 26, 2018 as a Supernova at the PNQ qualifier in Spokane, WA.  This was such an honor and a tribute to my hard work and effort at this important BID tournament.
