Outside of my love for God, country and my family….my passion is Volleyball. Everything about it brings out the best in me. Good, bad or indifferent…I make most things in my life a competition and I hate to lose. I love being in the gym striving to make gains in my own game while helping to lead others to be the best they can be. I have 3 years left at the high school level, but would love the opportunity to contribute at the next level following my graduation in 2026. My primary position in club ball and school ball is outside hitter but I have been the “Swiss Army Knife” for most teams I’ve played for. I have made great strides playing on the back row and have extensive experience setting as well. At crucial moments in big matches, I find that the 3rd ball is usually coming to me and that’s how I want it. I love taking on those leadership roles and my coaches have looked to me to be “that girl” always giving 110%. When not in the rotation, you will find me being the loudest cheerleader on the sideline encouraging my teammates to be their best.
That said, I do have balance and take on other serious responsibilities. I have been a member of my school districts suicide prevention program (Hope Squad) for the past two years. I also participate in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). I feel that the compassion and empathy learned from these organizations helps me be a better competitor and teammate. Family is very important to me as well. I have wonderful parents that support me in everything that I do and a brother that is two years older than me that is as competitive as I am.
I genuinely hope that I find that perfect match at the next level to continue to grow my game and contribute to your program.
