My number one collegiate goal would be to graduate college with a degree in education within 4 years. My second goal is to be a setter for whatever school I decide to go to. I have loved volleyball since I stepped on the court as a little girl. As a setter, I am an encouraging leader on the court, trying to motivate my team by communication and example. I give 100% on every play, during every game regardless of being ahead or behind in a game. I work hard during off season to learn and improve my skills as an all around player. I started volleyball as a DS, then moved to setter and then used as a right side hitter during club season as well. I feel like playing all the roles has given me different perspectives and allowed me to become a better teammate and player. I understand the importance of all the roles on the team. I also enjoy Pole Vault. I enjoy being able to compete in an individual sport in addition to my team sport. Although I am not able to train year around due to volleyball, I do train when I can. I am currently on varsity and have been able to increase my PR every year. I feel like all sports help you in other sports. I strive to be the best I can be on the court and in the classroom. As a student I am taking Dual Credit classes to help prepare me for my college education.
