Joanie Benson '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I'm Joanie Benson and I really would like to play volleyball in college. I had the best moment of my life so far when my team, the La Conner Braves, won the state 2B championship this season. We will only be losing one player, so I am already working hard to win the title again next year. I am currently playing on a club team with SIVA, and am excited to travel to Oregon and Las Vegas this year to play. I really like school and would like to pursue a Marketing degree, so academics are important to me as well. I play basketball, and am currently deciding if I should run track again or focus on volleyball in the Spring. I enjoy singing, and am in the choir and sing at my church.
