I am a well-rounded athlete that displays leadership aspects many players lack. I may be small for my primary position as a middle blocker, but I have worked so hard to become the player that I am. Volleyball never came easily to me, so I have had to work for everything that I have earned till now. I am different because I recognize the difference between playing volleyball and having a passion for volleyball. Passion is an undying love for the sport and being willing to stay after in the practice for extra training, or being in the weight room at the crack of dawn, and even to staying after school to ask teachers for help so that I can make the grades to play. I am willing to push myself, and my teammates, so that we can be the very best we can be.
