Taylor Widiker '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Taylor Widiker, and I am in the class of 2019. I always set goals for myself, and I try my hardest to achieve them. One of my goals is to play volleyball at a collegiate level.  I would be a good addition to a team because my drive to success, passion for the game,  great attitude on and off the court,  and my resilience.  I am a hard worker, and if I do something wrong, I go back and do it again until I get it right.  I have good academics, and my grades average at an A.  I have played club ball in the past. I played for Wisconsin Fury Team Edge for two years., and for those two years I was a defensive specialist.  During my high school career, I have started varsity since freshman year as a setter.  During my Sophomore year, I played for Matrix Volleyball Club out of Menomonie, Wisconsin for 17 Blacks as a setter. Also, I am currently in Matrix for my junior year on 18 Blacks. After I graduate from college, I am hoping to go to veterinary school , and after become a veterinarian. I am very excited for my future, and I hope college volleyball is in it!
