Alice McCann '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Alice McCann and ive been involved in athletics for as long as I can remember. I‘m a dedicated student athlete and always work towards improvement in both school and sports. Throughout my sports history, ive been able to portray leadership, resilience, and strength in all that I do. I work to not only lift my teammates, but to also demonstrate a positive mindset and attitude no matter the situation. 

It would be a great honor to be able to continue my path in athletics into college and expand my experience with volleyball as well as other sports. My freshman year was my first year playing volleyball, and coaches immediately saw potential in me. I’ve been athletic and a quick learner my entire life so I caught on pretty fast. Once school season ended, I tryed out for 3 different clubs and got an offer from 2 of them. I accepted the opportunity to be on the national 15s team and had so much fun training, playing, and getting close with my teammates. I’m so excited to continue my path and grow as not only an all around player but also as a person. There are many inspiring years ahead, and I’m ready to train hard and do what I love.
