Abigail Barnes '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Abigail Barnes. I am currently a Junior varsity swimmer and water polo player at Oakmont high school. I have been playing water polo for 8 years through Sacramento waterpolo's club team and I am currently playing for California Republic Club team in Roseville California .  As a four year captain of both Oakmont's varsity girls high school swim and water polo team, I have learned so much about team work and the game. Playing at a collegiate level would be an amazing experience to not only grow as a player but also as a person while attending a university. I am a hard working student athlete and give one hundred percent effort in everything that I do. Playing collegiate water polo would be a chance to learn more about the game at an advanced level and use my skills and knowledge about the sport to add to the team.
