My name is Olivia Guyre, but I prefer to go by "Livy".  I'm a dedicated athlete with a passion for water polo. Currently a Junior at St. Agnes Academy in Houston, TX, I've been immersed in the world of swimming throughout my life. However, my introduction to water polo came just before before my freshman year of High School which opened up a new realm of excitement and commitment that I've embraced wholeheartedly.

What draws me to water polo is not just the game itself, but the camaraderie and connection with teammates, both in and out of the pool. During my freshman year, I secured a starting position on the JV team, demonstrating my quick adaptation and love for the sport. Eager to elevate my skills, I joined the Viper Pigeon club team in the offseason, a decision that paid off as I earned a spot on the varsity team during my sophomore year.

Our season was nothing short of extraordinary, culminating in a TISCA State Championship.  We completed the repeat in 2023. I thrive in the 2/4 position, showcasing my versatility and strategic mindset. My coaches trust me to seamlessly transition between roles, a testament to my adaptability and commitment to the team's success.

Beyond the game, I am seeking a college team that values hard work, positivity, and mutual support. My dedication to water polo extends beyond the high school level; I envision continuing to play at a competitive college level. I am not just a player; I am a team player, ready to contribute, learn, and thrive in a collegiate environment that shares my passion for this exhilarating sport.
