Michael Magaraci '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael (MJ) Magaraci. I was born and raised on the island of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. Ive practiced Grappling since the age of 5, and have been training MMA for 3 years. My entry into the MMA and wrestling world has inspired me to spread my love for the sport. Me and the soon to be coach of the MVRHS wrestling team, decided to bring wrestling back to the highschool in 2022. After 40 years without a team, we now have a full roster of students competing in this amazing sport. I feel as though my time here on the mat at MVRHS just wasn't enough, and am more than willing to continue my competitive journey of wrestling. I'm looking for a team that loves this sport just as much as I do, and am ready to dedicate myself to them just as I have done with my school.
