Personal Statement

I work hard in wrestling and I train year round.  I live and breathe wrestling.  I am passionate about this sport and am looking forward to a future in wrestling.  I have qualified for the Missouri State Championships twice in high school so far. This year I fell one match short of a medal, losing my bubble match to a returning state medalist.  I am determined to win the state title next year and I know I have what it takes to do that. 

I am exciting about wrestling in college and train every day in order to prepare for this dream.  I also focus on my academics and hope to study Sport Medicine in college.  I'm very disciplined and push myself to be the best I possibly can be in everything I do.
