Personal Statement
I have been wrestling since I was five years old. Ever since I first stepped on the mat, I knew that it was my calling. I was always an average wrestler until I truly fell in love with the sport my freshman year. I have always been one of the hardest workers in the room and am always striving to be better. My sophomore year I cut 32 lbs to make weight and it wasn’t easy but when I have a goal in mind I chase it. No matter the sacrifices I have to make. I always work hard in the classroom and always make time for schoolwork when needed. I live in a small town so not many coaches know who I am but since I am so dedicated to the sport I will work to get my name out there.
