Personal Statement

Wrestling in college has been a goal of mine ever since I started as a youth wrestler. I’m one of the hardest workers in the room day in and day out. Whenever I struggle, I don’t stop until I figure it out. I am passionate about the sport and take the role of "student athlete" seriously. I am in National Honor Society and have a 4.0 weighted GPA. I am well-rounded in both academics and out of the classroom. I strive to be confident in my abilities, compassionate towards others, and to keep a growth mindset in all that I do.
