Wyatt Magolski '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Wyatt Magolski. I am a student-athlete from New London, Wisconsin. I am very dedicated both in the classroom and on the mat, always striving to be better than I was yesterday. I am a high honor roll student and team captain of our wrestling team. This puts me in a great position to strengthen my leadership skills and bring my team together to work towards a common goal. Wrestling is so important to me because it has taught me to work hard and show up everyday no matter what the circumstances are. Put the work in even when you don’t feel like it. This has led to awards such as a 3rd and 4th place finish at state, as well as winning Bay Conference Wrestler of the Year. Although my grades have and always will come first. I work very hard and set a high standard for myself in the classroom. These qualities will transcend into other areas of my life in the future. Balancing academics and athletics is  necessary to be successful. I am still undecided as to what major I want to pursue in college but I believe I have prepared myself for whatever I choose. I am very excited to further my academics and athletics at a place I can call home.
